ActivLife program - Schedule
The ActivLife programme emphasizes sessions based on motivation, weight loss, nutrition and exercise.
Usually run over the course of 4 one hour weekly sessions, after which our trainers can sit with you and discuss topics on a one - to - one basis.
Not your usual disappointment
There is no end to the number of diets, fads, potions and pills that promise the earth and leave you sadly disappointed, your self esteem in tatters and invariably with a nasty hole in your pocket.
These programs tend to focus on trends and what you should and should not do. But they never tell you how to do it!
The ActivLife program
This is different. Here we focus on the "How".
How to - fit regular exercise in between a busy schedule.
How to - eat healthily regardless of time constraints
How to - become happy, positive, confident, optimistic.
But most importantly, "How to reach your true potential".
